Get ready for Lazy River Estate to explode on stage on Saturday 11th March 2023 for a one day event! Joining forces with the very best talent touring the country music circuit (their stock route). The country music festival will take place on the grounds of Lazy River Estate, Dubbo, in partnership with our sponsors Chill-rite & Daikin, Lazy River Estate & Kennards Hire.
Attendees and artists are promised a day of affordable and entertaining experiences suitable for all ages. There is no seating for this event in the general admission area, guests are encouraged to bring camp chairs, rugs and appropriate seating for the event.

The Wolfe Brothers
Australia’s favourite country rockers, The Wolfe Brothers, are headlining The Stock Route in 2023. The Tasmanian based duo, made up of brothers Nick and Tom Wolfe, kicked off 2022 with their 16thconsecutive #1 National Chart single and have spent most of the year on the road doing what they love most – touring and playing their songs live for the fans. We can’t wait to see them live on our Stock Route stage next year with our incredible line up of Aussie talent.
Adam Eckersley and Brooke McClymont
It was always going to be special when two of Australia’s finest singer-songwriters announced they were teaming up - so we are thrilled to have husband and wife duo, Adam Eckersley and Brooke McClymont joining us for The Stock Route in 2023! After their debut album charted at number one on the ARIA Country Album chart in 2018, Adam and Brooke have gone on to thrill crowds all over Australia in their almost sold out 2022 'Roll On Baby' tour.
Amber Lawrence
Amber Lawrence is a 5 times Golden Guitar winning Australian singer-songwriter who captures the nation’s attention and heart with her uplifting songs of self-belief, fun, family and ordinary Australians. Her latest album, Living for the Highlights, was released in July this year debuting at Number 1 on the ARIA Country Album Charts and in March next year you can see her right here in Dubbo at The Stock Route.
Blake O’Connor
Singer-songwriter Blake O’Connor has been making a name for himself in the Aussie country music scene and with a brand new single out and tour dates booking up for the year, we know our audience is going to be just as impressed with Blake as we are.
Matt Cornell
Matt Cornell has toured with the likes of Richard Clapton, Shannon Noll, Jenny Morris, Damien Leith and iconic rock band, The Baby Animals and most recently with Australian Country superstar Adam Brand. A talented singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Matt is known as an energetic and engaging live performer – see him live on stage at the Stock Route in 2023.
Andy Penkow
A truly unique and talented singer-songwriter, Andy Penkow has proven time and time again why he is an Aussie Country Artist to watch. After winning ‘Most Promising New Talent’ at the People’s Choice Awards in Tamworth this year, along with ‘Most Popular New Male Artist 2022’ by Independent Country Music Association, Andy is racking up accolades and we can’t wait to watch him hit the Stock Route stage in 2023.
Hayley Jensen
Hayley Jensen is an award-winning country artist and entertainer who has spent the best part of two decades honing her craft and collaborating with the business in the business from across the globe. She became a household name after becoming a finalist on Australian Idol and later, The Voice. If you were part of Stock Route earlier this year, you would of seen her incredible set first hand, so we are thrilled to welcome her back in 2023.

How many years has this festival been running? This is the second year The Stock Route Country Music Festival has been running at Lazy River Estate.
What time is the Festival? The Festival will be held on the 111th of March 2023. With Gates opening at 12pm and the event running until 10:30pm.
Is The Stock Route Country Music Festival children friendly? Yes, it is suitable for all ages. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
What ID will I require for entry for The Stock Route Country Music Festival? If you are entering the festival with an ADULT ticket and look under the age of 25 years of age, you will be required to provide any of the following identification:
– Current valid Australian driver’s license (with photo).
– Current Passport.
– Government Issued Proof of Age Card.
– NSW Photo Card (with photo).
– International Driver’s License (must contain a photograph).
How to pay for food and beverages in the festival? There will NO ATM facilities inside the grounds of Lazy River Estate. Please bring cash required for the day, OR you will be able to tap, swipe or insert your debit card at all bars and food vendors.
If I leave the festival will I be able to re-enter with a pass out? NO. Under Liquor licensing requirements restrict us from being able to offer pass-outs.
How can I get to the Festival? We will be running a bus service during the day (pick up location Commercial Hotel Dubbo) or you can drive to Lazy River Estate and free parking is available.
Can I bring my own alcohol? NO. Liquor licensing requirements restrict us from being able to offer pass-outs.
Will there be seating provided? There will be no seating provided.
Can I purchase tickets to the festival on the day? No. All tickets must be purchased prior to the event, through our ticket provider 123TIX.
What am I permitted to bring?
Can I bring my own alcohol? NO. The Stock Route Country Music Festival is a licensed venue. There will be full bar facilities available throughout all the duration of the event.
Can I bring my own food? NO one can bring their own food. And NO liquids other than water (in a clear, sealed bottle) can be brought onsite.
Can I bring my own seating? Yes, a small camp chair or picnic rug is advisable to bring. There will be no seating provided.
Can I bring an esky or wagon to carry my gear? NO, you can’t bring a large trolley or esky into the event. Small, soft edged cooler bags are permitted.
Can I bring animals to this event? NO. No animals are permitted to The Stock Route Country Music Festival.
Can I bring my ticket on my phone? All attendees are encouraged to bring a physical copy of their ticket, in the event there are technical complications.
